言歸正傳,今次是我第一次焗蛋糕,我覺得是大成功,非常好味, 現在還很掛念那剛剛焗好,又濃又香又暖的朱古力味蛋糕。雖然我今次是看多過落手做,不過跟著食譜應該不難...可惜新屋沒有焗爐,我決定遲些買個來焗蛋糕。
以下是原食譜。
材料:
1. Unsweetened chocolate , 125g
2. Unsalted butter , 110g
3. Eggs, 2
4. White Sugar , 130g
5. Vanilla extracts, 1 tps
6. Flour , 95g
7. Salt , pinch
8. Walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts. Toasted & chopped, 100g total
這次我們沒有落Vanilla extracts, 又由於我們不喜歡太甜,所以只落了100g糖。又,我們很喜歡Nuts, 所以我們落了差不多200g, 哈哈!所以以上材料可按自己喜好隨意加減。
做法:
1. Melt chocolate and butter over low heat in a boiler. Set aside to cool.
2. Toast the nuts
3. In a mixing bowl, add eggs, sugar, vanilla extract. Mix for 10 minutes, high speed.
4. Mix flour, salt in a separate bowl.
5. While the mixer is running slowly, add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture.
6. Add flour into the mixture gradually.
7. Add nuts. Stir the mixture.
8. Bake at 180C for 35 min using a metal pan.
大功告成,非常好味!!
